Jared Schachter - I spent the first decade of my career intentionally working across industries, functions, and company stages. I started at McKinsey supporting large-scale mining and tech operations for enterprise companies, then joined Uber during its hyper-growth years working on global strategy as the company scaled from 2,000 to over 20,000 employees. From there I moved even smaller - to building and scaling startups—first as a consultant, and then as COO at SafetyWing, where I helped grow the team from 5 to over 200+ people and raise >$50M as a fully remote global tech company.
